At Paty Markets, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To provide the best possible shopping experience across all our sales channels, we offer a straightforward and compliant return process.

1. The 30-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number shows the item was delivered to request a return or exchange.

Please note: Return requests initiated after this 30-day window cannot be accepted or authorized by our system.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To protect our company against abuse and ensure we can continue offering fair pricing, items must be returned meeting the following standards:

Condition: Items must be in their original, unaltered condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all tags, labels, protective seals, inserts, and accessories fully intact.

Assembly: Any item requiring assembly (furniture, equipment, etc.) must be fully disassembled and securely repackaged in its original box prior to return drop-off. Carriers will reject loose, assembled items.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order number, or marketplace order confirmation is required to process all returns.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items: Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (food, beverages), customized/personalized items, and personal care products (cosmetics, opened hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Seller-Fault Returns (Free): If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, completely incorrect item, or missing parts—Paty Markets will provide a prepaid, free return shipping label. You will receive a 100% full refund.

Buyer-Remorse Returns (Customer Responsible): If you change your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or simply no longer need the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fees: In strict compliance with marketplace guidelines, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% if an item is returned damaged, altered, missing original parts/tags, or showing clear signs of heavy use.
4. The Inspection and Refund Process
Once your return package is scanned by the carrier or drops at our fulfillment center, the process moves quickly:

Inspection: Upon arrival, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days to verify its condition against the return reason stated.

Approval/Denial: If the item passes inspection, a refund is approved immediately. If it fails inspection (e.g., a completely different item was sent back, or the item is heavily modified/broken), the claim will be contested with the marketplace platform utilizing photo and weight evidence.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your banking institution to reflect the credit. If more than 5 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received it, please reach out to us at info@patymarkets.com.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
