At Paty Markets, we work diligently to ensure your orders are processed, packaged, and delivered securely and efficiently. We partner with reliable domestic and international fulfillment networks to provide a seamless checkout and delivery experience.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time

Processing Window: All orders are verified, processed, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after payment confirmation.

Tracking Activation: Once your package is handed over to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update the initial tracking scans.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Windows
We ship to customers across the United States and selected international markets as visible at checkout. Delivery timelines depend heavily on the inventory location, carrier selection, and final destination.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days following order processing.

Extended & Market-Specific Deliveries: For selected high-demand, supplier-direct items, or international shipments, delivery can occasionally take 7 to 15 business days due to customs clearances, carrier logistical backlogs, or remote destinations.
Please Note: All stated delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Paty Markets is not legally liable for unexpected transit delays caused directly by weather events, carrier backlogs, or customs processing delays.
3. Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on package weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination. All available shipping rates and promotional thresholds (such as Free Shipping incentives) will be clearly displayed transparently on the checkout page prior to final payment authorization.
4. Delivery Address Accuracy & Package Protection

Address Validation: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the complete shipping address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and deliverable. Paty Markets is unable to alter shipping destinations once a package has been transferred to a transit carrier.

Failed Deliveries: We are not financially responsible for failed deliveries, lost packages, or items returned to sender due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address entries provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking history indicates that your order was successfully delivered to your specified address but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier immediately to open an investigation.
